Return Policy — Designed for Peace of Mind
We want you to love every light you bring into your space. If something isn’t right with your order, we offer a straightforward and fair return and refund process to help you find the right fit, function, and feel.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation

If an item shows signs of wear, damage (not caused in shipping), or tampering, we may not be able to accept the return.

Initiating a Return
To request a return, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return shipping details.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable service to avoid lost packages

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

If a refund is denied, we will return the item to you and explain the reason clearly.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processed and on its way.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item for another, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Final Sale Items
Products labeled “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
