All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is confirmed and prepared, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by destination but typically fall within the following ranges:
United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Asia-Pacific: 10–16 business days
Other International Locations: 12–20 business days
Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays or unforeseen disruptions (e.g. weather, transport strikes).
Shipping Costs

International Orders & Customs
For international customers, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Errors & Delivery Issues
Ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you notice a mistake shortly after checkout, please email us within 12 hours so we can correct it before processing.
